Orthodontist . In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to help children and adults alike while working in a fun and compassionate atmosphere. Our team thrives on collaboration and meaningful patient relationships. Here’s what you can expect: Engage with your community and participate in initiatives that enhance the company’s positive image! Lead morning huddles where you can share ideas, express appreciation for your team, and celebrate successes in customer care and teamwork. Work closely with children, who make up the majority of our patient base. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert orthodontic services accompanied by a dedicated team. Utilize advanced tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces to enhance patient care. Participate in ongoing training including yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management sessions. Enjoy a supportive clinician-to-staff ratio to optimize patient flow. Qualifications: DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program. Completion of a residency from an accredited orthodontic program. Valid dental practice license and relevant certifications (e.g., CPR). Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to quality care for both children and adults. What We Offer: Competitive base salary exceeding $350K along with uncapped bonus potential.
