$23.63/hr - $34.00/hr This role requires three (3) years, excluding internships, of professional Marketing Coordinator or Specialist level experience.
Work from our Headquarters office in Santa Ana, CA, Tuesday through Thursday, and work remotely Mondays and Fridays (with manager approval). Local candidates only.

What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution and Project Management
Manage marketing campaigns from start to finish — timelines, creative, and cross-team coordination. Collaborate with internal departments (branches, card services, home loans, etc.) to support key business goals. Work closely with a top-notch team of marketing strategists, creatives, and agency partners in a fast-paced environment.
Content and Creative Development
Create compelling content across digital and traditional channels: web, email, social, print, in-branch POS. Oversee marketing collateral production that aligns with the brand voice and campaign goals.
Performance and Strategy
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, email marketing software, and CRM platforms. Recommend improvements and run A/B tests to refine performance and improve ROI. Align new initiatives with market insights and member needs.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
3+ Years of hands-on experience in marketing and project management – preferably managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with both digital and traditional (print, retail POS) communication channels is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, organization, relationship building, and multitasking skills.
Experience In Financial Services And/or Healthcare Industries Preferred.
Proficiency with marketing platforms (Email, Social, CRM, CMS, Analytics, Project Management).

Compensation And Benefits
$23.63 - $34.00 per hour ($49,150 - $70,720 per year) depending on qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
401(k) with a 3% employer contribution
AND
dollar-for-dollar matching of up to 5%.
