The Oregon Clinic is seeking an experienced full time marketing Project Manager to join our creative and strategic Marketing & Communications team. Our strong, supportive team works closely together to promote The Oregon Clinic brand and achieve excellence in our marketing and communications efforts. This 40-hour per week, exempt,
hybrid position
will work from home, with occasional on-site meetings and project work in our administrative office in NE Portland. We are seeking an experienced, flexible, tech-savvy leader to join a team that values open communication, creativity, and teamwork.
The Project Manager will use their relationship-building, organizational and technical skills to successfully deliver projects on time while working with a variety of stakeholders. This position is responsible for leading, coordinating and successful execution of marketing and communications projects that advance our care, our quality, and our brand.
The Project Manager uses their project management experience to initiate and manage straightforward to complex projects from initiation to planning, implementation and closure.
Responsibilities include:
Initiates and manages complex projects from design and development to implementation including project team coordination, meetings, timelines, problem resolution, budgets, and deliverables.Creates and maintains calendars and other project management tools/software that facilitate effective communication and project execution. Prioritizes tasks and manages/allocates resources.Works with stakeholders to build trust and credibility, understand their concerns, and help them understand project requirements and limitations. Effectively engages team dynamics and tailors project and change management approaches to foster and lead team cohesion and ensure shared accountability.Is a pro-active problem solver who takes initiative to strategize, develop and execute solutions in a variety of areas.We want to work with you if you:

Expert at Excel.Have strong strategic and critical thinking skills, can ask the right questions and can develop out-of-the-box solutions.Pay based on open position, experience, and credentials: $28.88 - $43.31 an hour

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Relevant experience may be substituted.Three (3) years of previous experience as a project manager delivering successful projects is required.Previous marketing and communications project management (print and digital production) experience is preferred.Previous experience with project management software is required.Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAdditional Benefits:
