Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential interior design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating inspiring and functional living environments. As an Interior Designer, you will work closely with clients, project managers, and construction teams to develop and execute interior design solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and preferences.Develop creative and functional interior design concepts, including space planning, color schemes, furniture selection, and lighting design.Prepare detailed design presentations, including mood boards, renderings, and material samples.Specify and source furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories.Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure design integrity throughout the construction process.Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans.Stay current with industry trends, materials, and interior design best practices.Present design ideas and solutions to clients and stakeholders.Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and finishes.Excellent visual, verbal, and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.A portfolio showcasing relevant residential interior design work.Benefits:
