Updating AU Photo’s Facebook and Instagram page according to our visual brand standards.Answering email correspondence from individuals requesting images.Searching to provide images stored in a digital or negative archive.Assisting in maintaining digital archive.Adding or creating appropriate keywords to images.Scanning negatives.Assisting photographers with equipment on photoshoots.Other general office duties.Job allows up to 15 hours a week.Starting pay is $12/hour.Job is year-round and can include summer.A strong work ethic, the ability to work both individually and as a team player, and personal integrity are desired.Minimum Qualifications
Must be a current Auburn University student.Expectations
Must be able to work well with support staff and clients on a professional level.Applicants should work well in unfamiliar situations and be compliant with deadlines.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe software is desired.Effective verbal and listening communication skills.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Very effective organizational skills.Computer skills include Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.Self-starter and ability to work with limited supervision.Proactive and eager to learn.Experience using office equipment a plus (copy machine, scanner, etc.).Preferred Qualifications
Preference may be given to applicants with Adobe Photoshop skills.Pay Rate
