This person will develop and manage timelines from end to end in close collaboration with cross-functional partners. We are looking for a process savvy individual who can find gaps in communication and workflow, then develop and implement updated ways of working to continue to streamline workstreams. An understanding of both print and digital design execution and production is required.What You'll Do:Manage creative project timelines, milestones, and sprints from kickoff to launch/delivery
Serve as the facilitator between the creative team and cross-functional partners (marketing, copy, legal, leadership)
Ensure that all team members and projects are on track, and on budget while being the master at recognizing risk and removing roadblocks
Experience sourcing and collaborating with outside vendors to accomplish creative production needs
Lead creative routing; ensuring sure feedback is organized, distributed and all approvals have successfully been completed
Ability to rally the team during tight deadlines promoting enthusiasm while holding team members accountable (good energy is a must!)
Facilitate project after-actions to improve process, resourcing, and creative output
Have the ability to enforce process while building and maintaining relationships
Who You Are:Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years project management experience across creative and marketing projects
Extremely organized
Problem solver with instinctive ability to forecast decision making needs; knows who and when to pull stakeholders into the room to drive conversation and decision making
Knowledge of design with the ability to speak the language across creative and marketing
Thrive in a fast paced and high volume environment with ever changing priorities
Go getter with the ability to roll your sleeves up to get the job done
Passionate about creative across all our products and the consumer experience
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with Adobe Suite, Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Suite, graphic design and print production
Able to effectively communicate with all stakeholders and keep the team focused and on-task
Calm and collected even in times of high stress
Able to be clear, concise, and straight to the point while encouraging collaboration
Working conditionsGeneral business hours Eastern Time with flexibility to travel into our NYC office at407 Broome St, New York, NY on occasion.CompensationThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 - $95,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus.As a Church & Dwight US employee, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, and Paid Parental Leave.
