Description: We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher with 2-5 years of experience to foster data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating cross-functionally, and bringing a voice to the users.

Description: We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher with 2-5 years of experience to foster data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating cross-functionally, and bringing a voice to the users.
Responsibilities/skills:
- Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research using an array of research techniques
- Analyze users' behavioral and attitudinal data to uncover customer pain points and unmet needs
- Ability to conduct a range of research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, ethnographic studies, contextual inquiry, and concept testing
- Synthesize and present research findings in context.
- Leverage human-centered design principles to develop journey maps, user personas, and jobs to be done.
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Development teams to regularly integrate user feedback into the product design and development process.
- Ability to accurately scope research initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders.
- Leverage existing data and the ability to tie insights to analytics.
- Work in a SAFE Agile environment, coordinating projects by sprints.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of cross-functional teams.
- Effectively manage vendor partner relationships, ensuring that output meets internal expectations
- 3+ years of experience with UX Research
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Visual Design, or similar field.
- Solid understanding of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
- Experience with unmoderated testing and prototyping tools
- Solid grasp on Human human-centered design
- Expert written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Portfolio demonstrating your expertise and ability to articulate your process
- Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and openness to giving and receiving feedback
