We support our communities through various initiatives and are looking for a talented Community Manager to help us showcase a luxury apartment community located in Chandler. This role is ideal for an experienced Community Manager to lead leasing efforts at our apartment community.
Position Summary
The Full-Time Community Manager at The Laurel, a Luxury Apartment Community in Chandler, is responsible for hiring, training, motivating, evaluating, and supervising onsite staff. Responsibilities include showcasing the community to prospective residents, processing applications, overseeing marketing, supporting staff, maintaining resident communications, mediating resident issues, negotiating vendor pricing, overseeing vendor services, managing inventories, and maintaining knowledge of competitors. The role also involves overseeing property maintenance programs.
Skills/Requirements
- Manager experience required
- Professional appearance required
- Yardi software experience preferred; must be tech-savvy
- Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and administrative skills
- Proven ability to close deals effectively
