Conceptualizes, plans, and executes compelling radio programs in line with Focus On The Family's mission and messaging.Leads the scripting process, collaborating with hosts, writers, and other team members to ensure content meets high standards of excellence.Oversees all aspects of production, including studio recording sessions, sound design, and post-production editing.Provides creative direction to on-air talent, ensuring a consistent and engaging delivery style.Develops and maintains relationships with external contributors, guests, and partners to enhance program content.Stays informed about industry trends, innovative storytelling techniques, and emerging technologies to improve program quality continuously.Collaborates with marketing and digital teams to integrate radio content into broader multimedia initiatives.Manages each broadcast's listenership and response goals to ensure they are met.Other Duties/Responsibilities:
Attends weekly producers meeting.Performs other duties as assigned.Working Environment/Physical Requirements:

Professional, detail-oriented, thorough, flexible, articulate, logical, decisive, self-motivated, diplomatic, sensitive, considerate.Knowledge/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in broadcasting, journalism, communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience as a Radio Producer with a strong portfolio of successful projects.Skills, Abilities and Special Talents/Gifts:
Exceptional scriptwriting skills and a keen understanding of storytelling techniques for radio.Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to guide a team through various stages of production.A deep understanding of and commitment to Focus On The Family's mission and values.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment and meet tight deadlines.Salary Range:
