Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design IVR self-service experiences
- Create IVR designs that route callers to an MSR quickly and efficiently
- Ensure project goals make sense and overall development objectives are being met
- Recommend new IVR experiences and digital experiences in the strategic platform that help drive benefits for the Company
- Document possible improvements under the guidance of more tenured resources
Required Experience:
- 5+ years IVR and Conversational design experience
- 3+ years designing in AWS and other Cloud platforms
- 5+ years of NLU, ASR and/or AI experience
- Experience in Adobe Suite, HTML, CAD and CSS
