Overview JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Public Relations Specialist leads communications and media relations efforts for the firm’s regulatory practice groups and Washington, D.C. office. This role manages strategic PR initiatives, award submissions, media outreach, and attorney thought leadership visibility, working closely with attorneys, business development, and global communications teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive PR strategy and media engagement for regulatory practices and the D.C. office
Manage award nominations, rankings, and media opportunities
Support publishing and republishing of attorney-authored content
Cultivate relationships with reporters and editors for key media placements
Lead communications for lateral partner arrivals and firm news
Collaborate on social media visibility and strategic communications planning
Monitor and analyze media coverage and trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant PR/media experience
Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
Strong media instincts and ability to manage multiple priorities
Effective communicator with a detail-oriented, proactive approach
