Our client is looking for a dynamic, innovative, and driven
Marketing Manager
to join their team. In this role, you'll oversee product and brand marketing initiatives, elevate their brand presence across all customer-facing platforms, and continuously enhance their marketing programs. This position involves close collaboration with the product development team to lead new product launches and define brand positioning and strategy.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and refine marketing strategies for new and existing products, categories, regions, and sales channels.Guide the daily activities of the marketing team.Take full ownership of product categories with a deep understanding of the small appliance market, including innovation and trends.Project Management
Utilize market research to drive new product development and innovations.Manage the creation and delivery of marketing materials (e.g., web pages, sell sheets, packaging) for smooth transition to sales teams.Oversee product lifecycles and launches, from initial concept to end-of-life.eCommerce & Online Assets
Collaborate with graphic, culinary, photography, and videography teams to maintain and enhance content on retail sites,Manage product descriptions, graphics, imagery, video content, and SEM/SEO.Packaging
Coordinate with the Creative and Graphics Teams to design compelling packaging and gift boxes with meticulous attention to detail.Social Media
Oversee social media presence and coordinate with the Creative Team to produce engaging content that fosters brand loyalty and recognition.Collaborate with external creators for cross-promotional opportunities.Sales Support
Assist the Sales Team with marketing initiatives to drive sales metrics.Work with the Design Team on in-store assets like displays and endcaps.Analytics
Analyze key business metrics to ensure effectiveness and efficiency, including advertising and app analytics.Develop tools for budgeting and present recommendations.Other Duties
Develop concepts and manage operations at trade shows.Coordinate with external partners to maintain a cohesive brand voice.Required Skills
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.Creative and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for design and trends.Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and sense of urgency.Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.Proven leadership skills and a collaborative team player.Entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for problem-solving and creative thinking.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in analytics tools like Power BI preferred.Qualifications:
3-5 years of marketing experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, ideally with international exposure.1-2 years of experience in a marketing leadership role.Proven experience in campaign creation, budgeting, and analysis
