We are looking for a Paid Media Manager with experience in running campaigns on Facebook and Google. The role sits within our Growth Marketing team and will focus on optimizing and scaling our digital advertising presence in all regions, managing multiple accounts.
How you'll contribute
Lead digital advertising campaigns in both Facebook and Google Ads (incl. Search, Shopping and Youtube) for all marketsCarefully analyze campaign performance; evaluate and interpret performance-related KPIs, working closely with the digital advertising team to consolidate learnings and continuously optimize campaigns for higher efficiencyAnalyze and recommend new copy & creative using both qualitative and quantitative metricsContinuously propose optimizations and assure the quality control of campaignsPrepare accurate reports with clearly synthesized insights and actionable next stepsResearch keywords, market trends, and competition to ensure Eight Sleep is competitive in the marketDevelop and implement tests at a rapid paceStays up to date on relevant industry trends, new ad products, and best practicesWhat you need to succeed
3-5 years of experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Ads, with proven success working on campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands, ideally with budgets above $1M per yearExperience with analytics and research tools (e.g, Meta Business Suite, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center, Google Ads, SearchAds 360, keyword planner)Capable of working independently, proactively creating plans from the ground upDevelop and continually expand or refine keywords/copies/assets based on performanceStrong familiarity with marketing funnels + attribution analysisInternational awareness, with basic understanding of diverse culturesA strong, proactive communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
