GENERAL SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator plays a pivotal role in executing dynamic marketing campaigns across both print and digital media channels. They help shape brand recognition, support marketing initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful results.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate and execute innovative marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, both digital and print, to reach diverse audiences and elevate brand presence.
2. Develop a deep understanding of Paris Brothers' brands, products, customer base, and business channels to drive strategic marketing initiatives.
3. Develop and implement creative strategies and materials to increase brand recognition and awareness, helping our company stand out in the marketplace.
4. Propose fresh ideas for promoting the organization's offerings, reaching external and internal audiences in exciting, new ways.
5. Lead coordination efforts across departments to ensure marketing campaigns maintain brand consistency and meet high-quality standards.
6. Define clear goals, deliverables, and timelines for projects, while ensuring budgets and progress align with the company's overarching objectives.
7. Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure the timely delivery of relevant and engaging content.
8. Provide essential administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, organizing photoshoots, maintaining media libraries, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring on-time activity execution.
9. Craft compelling branded messaging and content for digital and print materials, ensuring consistency and engagement throughout campaigns.
10. Conduct thorough quality checks on marketing content to ensure brand alignment, precision in editing, and error-free materials.
11. Facilitate communication with sponsorship partners to ensure smooth collaboration and aligned goals.
12. Assist in the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of marketing events, contributing to their overall success.
13. Work with the marketing team to brainstorm and propose creative strategies for upcoming campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
14. Assist with photo and video shoots for social media, web content, and other brand assets to enhance engagement and personalization.
15. Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Education and Experience
• Bachelors in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a marketing support role, ideally within a B2B environment.
• Public relations, Marketing, and Community Management experience

• Strong understanding of digital and print marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of Project Management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of design principles and Adobe Creative Suite.
