Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for eCampus.com and its sub-brands.? Lead and manage the overall e-commerce operations, ensuring an exceptional user experience, high conversion rates, and seamless transactions.? Utilize strong UI/UX skills to continuously improve the customer experience.? Oversee and optimize the performance of various digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, social media marketing, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.? Work closely with the IT department to strategize and implement website development projects.? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design, IT, and online bookstore operations to drive effective digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.? Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI, to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.? Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor data, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce, and proactively recommend innovative strategies and tactics.? Develop semi-annual strategic marketing plans and manage all aspects of plan implementation including budgetary responsibilities.? Collaborate with Senior Marketing Director to maintain a strong brand presence across digital platforms, ensuring consistent messaging, brand positioning, and visual identity.? Implement effective customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies with the ESP to enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty.? Lead and develop a high-performing digital marketing and e-commerce team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive individual and team success.? Oversee reporting to supplement day-to-day business operations.Key Qualifications:? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field? Minimum five years leadership experience managing a team? Strong UI/UX background preferred? Proven experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry? “Can do” attitude with an aptitude for thriving under pressure in a fast-paced environment? Strong knowledge and expertise in various digital marketing channels, including SEM, SEO, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and display advertising? Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms, driving revenue growth, and improving conversion rates? Proficient in using digital marketing and e-commerce tools, platforms, and analytics software? Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions? Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team? Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders? Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets and goals? Experience with SendGrid and Listrak ESP platforms preferred?
