As a Studio Coordinator (SC), you support the world-class CorePower Yoga studio experience by coordinating studio operations and maintaining high health and safety standards. In alignment with our core values, you work alongside the Studio Manager to achieve company and studio goals. This is a part-time, entry-level position designed to help you learn the business and develop relevant skills. Studio Presence and Guiding the Student Experience
Act as an ambassador of CorePower Yoga Core Values and inspire others Support the Studio Manager in achieving goals related to membership growth, retail sales, community outreach, recruitment, and programming Commit to a flexible schedule of 18-29 hours per week, including support for operations, teaching (if certified), health and safety protocols, and front desk duties Be flexible with schedule availability to meet studio needs Serve as the point of contact for students and staff when the Studio Manager is absent Maintain studio supply inventory and cleanliness, including amenities and equipment Engage with the studio community, greet students, and foster a welcoming environment Support teachers with POS and pre/post-class duties Coordinate and Execute Health, Safety and Cleanliness Protocol
Ensure the studio space meets cleanliness and safety standards, including proper environment, music, and organization Communicate health protocols to students upon entry and during visits Support studio cleanliness and maintenance, including supplies and amenities Assist in scheduling and training the Studio Experience Team (SET) Lead orientation for new team members and ensure adherence to cleanliness protocols Act as liaison for operational systems like POS, reservation, subbing, and HRIS systems Teaching Schedule
Support the class schedule by teaching at least 6 branded CorePower Yoga classes per week and supporting subbing as needed. Skills & Experience
Demonstrate CorePower Yoga Core Values Excellent communication, professionalism, and interpersonal skills Customer service experience required Completion of a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified program preferred Yoga Sculpt teacher training preferred Familiarity with studio systems such as HRIS, POS, scheduling, and payroll Ability to build relationships with diverse individuals Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages multiple deadlines Self-starter with enthusiasm for new projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications College degree (BA/BS) preferred The Fine Print
Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to move around the studio, crouch, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs. If certified to teach, able to step in to teach classes with little notice The Perks
