The Discord Activities team is looking for a passionate and organized Partner Producer to foster collaboration with external Activity developers & partners, champion their success, and promote smooth integration of their products on our platform. This person will report to the team's Lead Producer. What you’ll be doing:
Develop and manage a comprehensive workflow that supports developers in integrating Activities into the Discord platform, complete with well-maintained and clear documentation. Provide ongoing project status reports to leadership to guarantee that development efforts are completed within budget, adhere to predetermined timelines, and stay true to the originally approved concept. Collaborate closely with developers to ensure key project milestones and deadlines are met, while rigorously upholding industry standards and satisfying all compliance requirements. Actively monitor and evaluate game builds, ensuring consistent progress across design, creative, and development phases, while maintaining a keen focus on the overall production quality. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, advocating for the platform's and developers' success. What you should have:
4+ years of experience in partner relationship management, games publishing, or platform development. Advanced proficiency in managing partner relationships and product evangelism. Expert level skill in managing external projects, ensuring delivery within set parameters. Strong communication skills to articulate the value of resource sharing and collaboration. A proactive approach to identifying and resolving impediments in publishing and release processes. A track record of improving partner experience and optimizing product support. Bonus Points:
Experience developing games as a designer, artist or engineer. Passion for online gaming and shared experiences. Experience in Web or Mobile platform design or management. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000 - $167,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity or benefits.
