Job description:
The Partner Program Communication Specialist will be instrumental in ensuring clarity, consistency, and visibility across all aspects of Client Partner Program. This role is responsible for updating and maintaining partner program documentation, creating internal and external communications, and developing collateral to support partner enablement and program execution. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Ops, Marketing, Legal, Sales, and Enablement to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed. This position reports directly to the Global Partner Program Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update partner program guides, policies, and process documentation.
- Ensure content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with program changes.
- Develop and manage a centralized repository of partner program resources.
- Draft and distribute program updates to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Prepare briefing materials for executive updates, QBRs, and partner meetings.
- Coordinate internal newsletters, FAQs, and knowledge articles related to the program.
- Design and produce presentations for internal stakeholders and partner-facing use.
- Support partner-facing initiatives with branded templates, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
- Work with marketing and design teams to ensure assets reflect Client brand and message.
- Serve as the communication liaison across teams to ensure alignment on messaging.
- Partner closely with Program Managers and Partner Ops to surface and clarify key updates.
- Support change management efforts by ensuring stakeholders are informed and equipped.
Qualifications
Required
- Excellent writing and editing skills with a knack for translating complex ideas into simple language.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and other content tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Canva).
Preferred
- Experience in a partner/channel program, marketing, or communications role.
- Familiarity with CRM and partner platforms such as Client or PRM tools.
- Knowledge of software industry, B2B programs, or partner ecosystems.
