Job Summary:
We are looking for an Automotive Service Writer to join the team at our busy auto parts center. If you are a mechanically inclined automotive professional with communication skills, we want to hear from you.
As the Automotive Service Writer, you will be responsible for duties ranging from working with service technicians to tracking parts. You will use your negotiation skills to secure the best prices on parts. To succeed in this role, you must be highly organized and have in-depth knowledge of automotive parts.
Responsibilities:
- Record and track auto parts sales and repair work
- Maintain auto parts warranty information
- Ensure all parts ordered meet the quality standards of the company
- Secure best available pricing on automotive parts using strong negotiation and communication skills
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in auto repair or auto parts sales is required
- Strong customer service and organizational skills
- Deep knowledge of automotive parts and industry
