Digital Marketing Analytics Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights related to digital marketing initiatives and guest engagement behavior on our digital platforms (website and mobile apps). You will have a deep understanding of clickstream data, strong quantitative problem-solving skills, and will be capable of synthesizing data into actionable insights and recommendations for the business. You will present and influence leaders clearly articulating the "What", the "Why" and the "So What" which will result in more efficient digital media campaigns and a better shopping experience for our guests.
A successful Digital Marketing Analytics Manager will:
Interpret digital marketing metrics and data used to track, measure, and analyze online behaviors, understanding performance (including engagement, time on site, customer funnel analysis, transactions, and revenue).Create standard reporting, dashboards, and metrics so that everybody is telling the same story with confidence, accuracy, and alignment.Provide analytical insights for different initiatives driving traffic to our digital platforms based on success performance metrics, and analyze those by channel mix.Report on digital marketing (brand & property) insights and trends to Senior Leadership.Model consumer behavior to help the company make predictive decisions based on user characteristics and behaviors, in partnership with the audience segment experts.Manage the creation of automated dashboards and reporting on KPIs for Direct/E-Commerce (Latin America & The Caribbean).Identify relevant data from various sources including Google Analytics (web session data), and Digital Marketing Platforms (Google, Meta, DV360, etc.) to create reports offering a full vision of paid initiatives and their effectiveness.Oversee enablement of site tracking in conjunction with the Digital Marketing Agency of Record.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to align data analytics with overall business goals.Drive projects to develop multi-touch attribution models and full-funnel lifecycle reporting for Paid Digital Marketing efforts to quantify the department's contribution to revenue goals.Lead statistical analysis initiatives (incrementality testing and media mix modeling) to quantify the impact of marketing activities on bookings and revenue.Implement Conversion APIs (CAPIs) for Google, Meta, & DV360 to improve conversion rates and enable cookie less remarketing & measurement in conjunction with outside resources.Partner with, guide, and educate team members on self-service data and analytics needs to create a data-savvy culture.Requirements:
Bachelor's or equivalent 4-year degree in Analytics (Digital Marketing focus a plus).3-5 years of experience in Digital Analytics with an acquisition-based focus.Strong leadership skills and understanding of team interdependencies to affect change.Strong knowledge of Digital Analytics (web and mobile app), and Digital Marketing to leverage data-driven insights to enhance marketing strategies and drive business growth.Fluent English language skills, Spanish fluency a plus.Deep understanding of web analytics and tracking methodologies particularly within the direct-to-consumer eCommerce space (tag management & pixel tracking, hit-level data analysis, customer behavior analysis, etc.).Experience working with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.Familiar with multi-site eCommerce architecture, design, and analytics across multiple digital channels.Proficient in Excel with an ability to integrate disparate data sets into clear, concise reporting, and visual representation.Demonstrated willingness to learn new tools and ability to identify trends and anomalies in large data sets.Familiarity with R or Python for data analysis with JavaScript for tracking and analytics is a plus.Experience deploying analytical solutions for digital platforms.Experience working in an entrepreneurial setting.Ability to achieve defined objectives with minimum supervision.Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.Since 2021, ALG Vacations has been part of the Hyatt family.
