Job Reports To: Katelyn Lisznyai, Senior Manager, Marketing and Communications
The Lake Erie Crushers are a professional baseball team that are a member of the Frontier League, a Major League Baseball Partner League. The Crushers established in 2009 are based in Avon, Ohio and their home stadium is Lake Erie Crushers Stadium. The stadium has a capacity of 5,000. Including 11 suites, four-person terrace tables, berm seating, picnic, and patio areas for group outings. The stadium has new artificial turf, concession stands, team shop, state of the art sound system and new video board. Avon is 18 miles west of Cleveland, Ohio, and part of the Cleveland metropolitan area.
Timeline: May-September (End of Season)
Responsibilities:
This is an unpaid internship, and no housing is provided. College credit MUST be awarded for completion of this internship.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creative process and design of a variety of marketing elements for all internal departments including but not limited to sponsorships, tickets, marketing and media, culture, events, etc.
- Follow and adhere to creative and design deadlines
- Create digital graphics for the Crusher's website and social media
- Proof all work that will be visible to the public with Senior Manager of Marketing.
- Game Day responsibilities include but are not limited to live tweeting and score updates on the socials
- Non-Game Day responsibilities are attending office hours for at least 10 hours each week, assisting the Senior Manager of Marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Extremely out-going, charismatic and personable.
- Ability to perform well and maintain character while under stressors or other circumstances.
- Ability to think creatively and outside-the-box.
- Must be a team player with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must be enthusiastic with a desire to work hard and have a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and handle responsibility.
- Self- motivated and ability to take initiative.
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Suite including but not limited to Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Previous graphic design experience.
- Good understanding of the game of baseball.
