Emerald Studio, a division of Emerald, is a leading B2B content marketing agency that specializes in delivering high-quality, creative, and data-driven content solutions for our clients. We help businesses of all sizes achieve their marketing goals through strategic content planning, ideation, creation, and distribution. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and dynamic leader to manage the team, drive profitability, and ensure the overall success of the agency.Reporting to the EVP Content & Commerce, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and financial management of the agency. They will be responsible for overseeing the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the organization, driving growth, helping to manage client relationships, and leading our content strategists and CSMs to deliver exceptional results. This is a senior leadership position that demands a strong blend of business acumen, marketing expertise, and operational leadership.This position can be performed from any of our US-based offices or remotely from anywhere within the US.
Responsibilities
P&L Management: Take ownership of the agency's financial performance, develop budgets, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.Business Strategy: Develop and execute the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with long-term goals, market trends, and client needs.Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and ensuring client satisfaction.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of content strategists, client managers, and work cross-functionally with design and sales to meet and exceed client expectations and agency goals.Business Development: Drive new business acquisition, identify new revenue streams, and expand our client portfolio.Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the agency and establish systems for tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, both internally and externally, to drive agency growth and success.
Qualifications
