- Oversee the production of various live and pre-recorded broadcast programs, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with the brand and audience engagement objectives.
- Collaborate with technical departments, stakeholders, reporters, and creative departments to conceptualize and develop engaging content across various platforms.
- Manage, guide, and mentor junior broadcasters, producers, and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop the creative vision for broadcast programs, ensuring consistency, storytelling quality, and audience appeal.
- Oversee the technical aspects of live broadcasts, including coordinating with technical teams, sound engineers, camera operators, and editors.
- Plan and manage the production timeline, budget, and resources for individual projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices to continuously innovate and improve programming and production quality.
- Liaise with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs, present ideas, and ensure successful execution of projects.
- Maintain high standards of broadcast production, ensuring all content is accurate, high-quality, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in production; or five (5) years experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Film, Communications, or Media Studies.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, AVS Video Converter, and screen capture software.
Ability to obtain a Tier 3 Secret Security Clearance and maintain it for the duration of the contract.
- Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required for the contract.
- Selected candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. passport.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a suitable driving record.
- Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write English.
- US Citizenship.
- Skill in the use of MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
- Strong leadership and project management skills in a video production environment.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
The work is generally sedentary but there may be some walking, standing, bending or climbing and carrying of small and light objects.
