Paid SEM Team Lead
Location: McAllen, Texas
Department: US Digital
Position’s mission: Entravision’s US Digital business unit is rapidly expanding its digital agency services and seeks a Team Lead to oversee paid social media efforts for clients. This role involves managing a small team responsible for trafficking and optimizing digital campaigns, with a focus on Paid Search campaigns on SEM platforms.

This person must thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and possess the technical skills to set up and optimize campaigns against industry-standard KPIs.
What you’ll do:
- Manage daily paid search campaigns, including launches, budget and bid management, analytics, reporting, and optimization.
- Research and determine the best strategies to meet client marketing goals via paid social media.
- Report on campaign performance, analyze results, and suggest optimizations.
- Guide creative teams based on campaign performance.
- Proactively monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns for multiple clients.
- Assign tasks to team members and coach them to improve their paid search management skills.
- Stay updated on the latest paid search tactics and features.
- Ensure all deliverables meet service level agreements.
Requirements:
- Secondary education or higher; relevant work experience preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- 2-4 years of PPC/Paid Search experience.
- Knowledge of bid management, optimization, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with digital ad ecosystems and platforms like Kenshoo, Marin, Nanigans, Matchcraft, and Google Analytics.
- Good communication skills with teams and clients.
- Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads certifications are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and data interpretation.
- Dependable, entrepreneurial, and a team player.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
