The Practice Director is responsible for maintaining above-average performance metrics, leading business generation, motivating and directing team members, participating in recruitment, and communicating effectively across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue and practice group performance Execute operational strategies Meet productivity standards for individuals and teams Manage time effectively, prioritize, and multitask Make informed quality decisions Infrastructure & Resource Management
Achieve performance metrics Attract, source, train, develop, and retain staff Business Analysis & Client Relations
Meet pricing goals Maintain expertise in the practice group Identify and respond to business trends Communication & Leadership
Communicate effectively and promote collaboration Inspire and motivate teams by example Recognize achievements and manage change Resolve conflicts with staff, clients, and candidates Customer Focus & Business Development
Lead customer retention and expansion strategies Build customer loyalty through superior service Leadership & Culture
Build trust and credibility Foster an inclusive, positive team environment Follow through on commitments and treat others fairly Business & HR Responsibilities
Generate business and meet revenue and pricing goals Manage a team of up to 4 including the practice director Qualifications
At least 1 year of talent solutions and/or management experience Proven success in business development and leadership roles Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and related systems Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
