Join our dynamic Life Sciences marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of precision medicine.
As a Marketing Associate, you will be instrumental in strategizing and executing life sciences webinar programs, collaborating with internal teams to develop engaging content, and supporting sales enablement initiatives to arm sellers with high quality resources. Your efforts will support strategic marketing objectives and enhance the visibility of Tempus' life sciences solutions.
How you’ll contribute:
Strategize and execute life sciences webinar programs, including panelist engagement, content development, promotional tactics, and alignment with broader marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with Events specialists, internal subject matter experts, and commercial stakeholders to develop relevant content across multiple channels (web, print, digital, email, event).
Develop compelling value propositions and create external-facing collateral to promote Tempus’ life sciences portfolio.
Work cross functionally to ensure strategic alignment across multiple business units and product portfolios (RWD/RWE, Genomics, AI/Apps, Medical Affairs, R&D, Product Management).
Minimum requirements:
2+ years of marketing experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously
Confidence executing quickly and independently
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in event planning and execution, whether virtual or in-person
Bachelor of Science or relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry
