Develops high-quality projection models that incorporate highly complex financial and operational data to support pricing strategy and decision making.Leads the execution of multiple profitability optimization projects and deploys strategic pricing capabilities for the various business groups aligned with their strategies, market dynamics, and needs.Collaborates with cross-functional business partners to develop tailored pricing solutions for key customers across all business units within Rite Aid.Develops execution strategies for the deployment of pricing as an end-to-end process from strategic considerations to actual price-setting techniques, governance, and supporting technology.Produces high-quality reporting and analysis to management, as well as ad hoc analyses and reports as directed.Leads the Category Management process as it relates to pricing and promotions.Tracks industry trends to ensure that Rite Aid is positioned as a leader in developing and executing innovative commercial packages.Works closely with our Information Services department in the development of new systems, enhancements, and troubleshooting issues.

Education Level: GED, Bachelor Degree, Masters Degree

Work Experience:
Related work experience in Merchandising or Operations.Analytical proficiency to derive insights from large and complex sets of business data.Financial knowledge for profit and loss, margin, and price decision making.Experienced in project and change management.Five years of supervisory experience.Experience deploying strategic pricing capabilities for various business groups aligned with business strategies, market dynamics, and customer needs.Experience building out detailed roadmap definitions and implementation of initiatives.
