$20 to $25/hr on W2 Job Summary: The Graphic Designer will work closely with the Marketing team to deliver high-impact design and marketing concepts for both print and digital platforms. This position plays a key role in executing daily design needs and will be responsible for editing and preparing marketing materials under the direction of the Senior Graphic Designer. The role demands exceptional attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and adherence to project deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
Develop marketing communications for both existing and new program lines, occasionally managing the entire design process from start to finish. Update and traffic annual materials during peak open enrollment seasons. Ensure that corporate identity and brand standards are consistently maintained across all design outputs. Prepare and make files production-ready for print and digital use. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple design projects while meeting deadlines. Translate complex concepts into easily digestible content tailored to our audience. Independently manage project timelines and work closely with requesters to meet established deadlines. Design solutions across both print and digital channels to ensure cohesive marketing materials. Collaborate with the Senior Graphic Designer and external vendors to print all marketing materials. Regularly monitor and report the progress of projects to stakeholders. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications:
Education:
Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of five years of experience in a similar design environment.
Competencies, Skills, and Attributes: Highly creative, with a willingness to explore innovative and out-of-the-box design solutions. Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of design work. Proficient in creating production-ready files for both print and digital formats. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively. Expertise in both print and digital design. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) with an understanding of emerging design trends and technologies. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) on a PC for design tasks. Experience with photography, video editing, post-production, and motion graphics is a plus. Portfolio examples using InDesign required. Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus.
