Overview
Serve as the team's regional support lead for Visa Project Central (Pipeline Management Tool), conducting training on newly released enhancements and troubleshooting any related issues with Client Marketers and Global Marketing Services team.
Support workstreams related to NA Marketing annual planning, including overseeing timelines, managing inputs from team, identifying areas for efficiencies/savings, and developing businesses cases for additional headcount and spend.
Develop and track annual financial goals for Marketing Services and the broader NA Marketing team, partnering with key stakeholders to set the right targets and reconciling goals with business and global functions.
Collaborate with internal legal stakeholders to identify their requirements and potential challenges in the current contract review process, develop and implement streamlined processes and tools, and provide necessary training and support to Client Marketers.
Stay updated on legal best practices and ensure continuous communication on improvements and efficiencies in legal contract review and development.
Identify additional analytics needs/opportunities to support the growth of Marketing Services, including evaluation of project results, and the development of new processes for improvements.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
* 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications
* 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
* Experience in Marketing, Finance, Consulting, or Research is preferred.
* Superior analytic and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to structure and analyze financial models.
* Strong process orientation - ability to create processes from scratch and to identify and drive continuous improvements.
* Strong financial acumen and the ability to partner with all divisions of Finance.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - comfortable managing spreadsheets, devising formulas, creating pivot tables, and performing data analysis, while also building executive presentations.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills - comfortable presenting to senior leaders.
* Proven ability to build relationships and earn the trust and rapport of partners at multiple levels.
* Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations and a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
* Comfortable managing multiple projects and quick to adapt to shifting priorities.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
