This design leader will be focusing on infusing privacy and trust throughout the Alexa+ experience. Working closely with senior executives, you'll translate complex strategic objectives into intuitive, elegant experiences. Key job responsibilities In this role, you'll be responsible for implementing user-centric design solutions that deliver tangible business results, measuring success through improved efficiency, increased user satisfaction, and enhanced ROI. This requires a deep understanding of both design thinking methodologies and business strategy, allowing you to bridge the gap between user needs and business goals. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field 10+ years in experience design Expert knowledge of design systems and AI-enhanced products Strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design solutions Mastery of modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, etc.) Outstanding communication and presentation skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Deep understanding of GenAI applications in business transformation Expertise in agile methodologies and lean UX principles Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
