BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications10+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)Preferred QualificationsAbility to influence multiple product areas while being able to drive a strategy and vision across an organization that helps shape the future of the businessAbility to deliver design solutions that grow the business area and create new value for members/customersAbility to develop teams of designers to become the next generation of key contributors - promoting sharing work openly and welcoming feedbackStrong ability to solve unstructured problems that have many dependencies and lengthy timelines; Seeks out ambiguity and transforms it into effective, actionable plans with cross-functional partnersGreat communicator and a compelling storytellerLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The pay range for this role is $173,000 to $280,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
