Summary
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Junior Marketing Assistant for ASM Global/Caesers Superdome | Smoothie King Center | Champions Square. Responsible for assisting the Marketing team in the promotion of the venues and all events at the ASM Managed Complex, assisting the Sales team with administrative tasks and other needed tasks not defined, and supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing. This includes, but is not limited to, various administrative duties, social media, and email marketing.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesResize tour artwork and photos for the websiteAssist in the creation of a monthly draft of The Front Row e-NewsletterDevelop and monitor monthly social media calendar, including posting and scheduling posts for Facebook, X, Tik Tok and InstagramAssist in the creation of post-event marketing reportsAssist in writing copy for various marketing collateral, quarterly, and annual reports, and e-NewslettersAssist in the development of monthly social media and Google Analytics reportsAssist in creating and implementing grassroots marketing to increase ticket sales for events at all venuesAssist with updating event graphics in weekly ASM advertisementsAssist with generating email reports in Ticketmaster engageAssist with tracking traffic for all marketing campaigns and online assets in Ticketmaster OneAssist with television and radio monitoring of media coverage regarding our facilities and providing weekly reportsAssist with updating elevator and suite signage at the Smoothie King Center based upon current event scheduleAssist in general marketing planning and reportingAssist in media coordination and escorting for concerts as neededAssist with creating and managing all purchase requests, invoices, and the tracking of show expenses.Assisting with calendar management for the DOSM.Creating, putting together and shipping of client gifts.Creating Event Sheets for Private and Internal Events.Working with the DOSM to update, monitor and develop the internal CRM system, INFOR.All other duties as assignedQualifications

High School Diploma or equivalentCurrently enrolled in a 4-year college or universityPursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Public Relations; preferredKnowledge in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPointWell-versed in social media platforms: Facebook, X, Tik Tok, and InstagramCopy-writing experience
