Kendall Auto Group, one of the largest family-owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest, is seeking an experienced Paint Protection Film/Tint/Vinyl Installer to join our Kendall Ford Accessories team. We value self-motivated candidates who are eager to learn and possess good time management skills. This is not an entry-level position; compensation ranges from $20 to $30 per hour or flat rate depending on experience.

The job duties involve washing, polishing, and waxing vehicles, vacuuming and shampooing interiors, cleaning and polishing glass, cleaning engine compartments, touching up chipped paint and surfaces, treating tires, vinyl, and other surfaces, and installing automotive films such as paint protection, window films, ceramic coatings, and commercial flat glass films on vehicles with high quality standards. All work must be documented to meet Kendall and manufacturer guidelines.
The work is primarily indoors in a shop setting. It involves exposure to noise, vibration, dust, paint, cleaning solutions, and the use of hand tools. Physical activities include bending, twisting, crouching, climbing, reaching, and occasionally pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds.

Requirements
Experience in detailing within a dealership, large shop, or detail shop is preferred; training will be provided. Candidates must be able to operate various vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, and hybrids, have a good driving record, and hold a valid driver’s license.
