Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed.This role will spearhead our go-to-market strategy for our Creator-facing products and features, including a strong focus on our two-sided brand-creator marketplace, Creator Connections. You will bring to market new product offerings, tools, and innovation for Creators, driving adoption and tracking to key KPIs. This role will partner across stakeholders in product, analytics, science, engineering, and business development, as well as with cross-org stakeholders in ads, outbound, and retail to deliver best-in-class marketing experiences. You will offer direct support to top Creators, setting them up for success within our program.
Key Job Responsibilities
Develop and drive Creator-facing marketing strategies to market products and features.Spearhead Creator marketing initiatives for Creator Connections, our self-service brand-Creator marketplace, driving adoption and engagement from influencers and publishers.Partner with product and tech to drive customer-centric product improvements and influence new feature introduction.Input into senior leader-level documents including quarterly business reviews, annual planning documents, and more.Support scaling go-to-market initiatives to international countries, working closely with product, marketing, and tech partners.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.Experience using SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
