The PR and Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive public relations strategies, brand initiatives, and brand activation efforts to enhance the company’s visibility, reputation, and market presence. This individual will collaborate across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging, elevate the company’s public profile, and drive growth through media relations, strategic brand positioning, and impactful brand activations.
Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business goals.
Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, influencers, and stakeholders.
Oversee press releases, media outreach, and event planning.
Coordinate and manage crisis communications and reputation management efforts.
Monitor and analyze media coverage and public sentiment to guide future PR efforts.:
Oversee brand positioning and ensure that messaging remains consistent across all platforms.
Lead the development and execution of brand campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency in visual and verbal messaging.
Design and execute innovative brand activation campaigns that engage target audiences and elevate brand experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring the brand to life through activations at live events, experiential marketing, influencer collaborations, and product launches.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of brand activations, ensuring they drive consumer engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.
Create and implement interactive, memorable brand experiences that align with the brand’s values and resonate with key demographics.
Oversee content creation for press, blogs, and other press-adjacent platforms.
Work closely with the digital team to align PR and brand strategies with online campaigns.
Develop thought leadership content and secure speaking opportunities for company executives.
Plan and oversee events such as press conferences, media briefings, product launches, and other public-facing events.
Coordinate internal communications for corporate events to ensure company leaders are aligned with the messaging.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
7+ years of experience in public relations, brand management, and brand activation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successful PR campaigns, brand positioning, and brand activation.
Strong relationships with media contacts and influencers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Strong understanding of brand marketing, social media, and content strategy.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with experiential marketing, product activations, and event coordination.
Experience with crisis communication management is a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
