Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate workload within the department and act as department lead if needed.
2. Maintain, configure, check-in, and repair the company’s equipment resources in the warehouse, ensuring timely completion.
3. Accurately scan equipment barcodes and enter data into TEAM during check-out/check-in, ensuring accuracy.
4. Ensure all equipment meets or exceeds quality standards set by company guidelines.
5. Complete necessary paperwork.
6. Restock equipment according to depot standards.
7. Assist in loading and unloading equipment from delivery vehicles.
8. Participate in setup, operation, and breakdown of client shows, including corporate events, tradeshows, concerts, etc.
9. Perform all levels of work from level II as required.
10. Perform related work as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least five years of experience in lighting, video, rigging, or logistics.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training may substitute experience.
• Strong customer service and self-management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of electronic equipment operation and maintenance.
• Understanding of workplace safety principles.
• Ability to troubleshoot quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn proprietary software.
• Valid license and safe motor vehicle operation.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
