Highland Homes is currently accepting resumes for a
Marketing Assistant
position. This role will assist in the organization and implementation of various marketing activities, operations, and processes with a focus on event logistics and execution.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with marketing material requests:
Print and distribute orders fulfilled in-house, including but not limited to flyers, business cards, and name tagsEnsures subdivision marketing requests are delivered accurately and on timeAssist with ensuring requested plat map changes are made accurately, efficiently, and delivered correctlyIn partnership with Marketing Manager or Coordinator, assist with the process of creating and delivering plat maps for new communities and new sections
Support marketing events as needed:
Execute catering orders and ensure delivery for Realtor, consumer and Employee Owner events; deliver prompt communicationSource and purchase event supplies, gift cards, and manage event-related errands as requestedPrepare and distribute event packets, prizes and favors as neededAttend and assist with event set up and execution as neededSend accurate and timely event and sales meeting requestsAssist in maintaining project management trackers and tools (e.g., spreadsheets, Monday.com, Outlook calendars, etc.), if applicableOther relevant tasks pertaining to marketing events as requested
Assist with marketing and sales programs:
Source and purchase marketing items as requestedAssist with sign orders, distribution, and communicationRequest and review virtual staging of spec home photography and website placement, if applicableAssist with development and execution of community-related content, if applicable
General support tasks:
Order flowers and/or gifts for special eventsRun marketing related errandsAppropriately code invoices and maintain credit card receipts with supportUpdate the Marketing subdivision and sales contact list with directionMaintain marketing files as neededAssist with presentations and reports as needed
Other duties as requested
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma requiredCollege Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field is a plusProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ) software requiredExcellent oral and written communication skills, with a desire to ask questions and learnStrong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task and pay close attention to detail and accuracy requiredReliable transportationAbility to work on the weekends, as needed
