About The Role The Senior Director of Product Marketing is a leadership position responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies. This role leads go-to-market initiatives, positioning, and showcases Axonius as a leader in cyber asset attack surface management, SaaS, identities, software, and vulnerabilities. It offers the opportunity to shape product messaging, drive market adoption, and work closely with demand generation, regional marketing, field enablement, product management, and engineering teams. This position has high visibility and reports to senior leadership, making it ideal for someone eager to impact a rapidly growing organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product marketing strategies, including segmentation, value propositions, messaging frameworks, and go-to-market plans. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to identify opportunities and inform strategies. Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions. Oversee content creation such as website copy, white papers, case studies, presentations, webinars, and videos. Lead product launches, ensuring alignment and effective communication. Develop sales enablement materials and tools. Collaborate with demand generation to develop targeted marketing campaigns. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product marketing team. Establish KPIs and use data to optimize marketing initiatives. Work closely with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of go-to-market strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a technical field; MBA or similar experience is a plus. 12+ years in product marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, data management, application development, or IT operations. Proven success in messaging, product launches, and revenue growth. Experience managing a portfolio of products and scaling B2B companies. Excellent writing and presentation skills. Strategic yet hands-on, capable of executing and delivering results. Ability to market to diverse buyer levels and craft appropriate messages. Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ownership mindset with a focus on excellence. Track record of successful product launches and demand generation support. Leadership skills to motivate and inspire teams. Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving experience. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Note: Salary ranges are national; some flexibility exists for NY, WA, and CA. Compensation includes salary, stock options, benefits, and bonuses.
