Description
The Support Products & Services (SP&S) team is seeking a solutions-oriented and customer-obsessed ADSP Support Specialist to assist advertisers in troubleshooting and resolving self-service display, video, and audio campaign issues within the Amazon Demand Side Platform (ADSP). Responsibilities include responding to advertiser inquiries across various troubleshooting topics (campaign setup, creative moderation, performance, delivery, reporting, ad tags and trackers, and general campaign or account questions) promptly, using SOPs and your digital advertising knowledge.
A successful candidate will have experience interacting with global clients via chat and email, with a foundational understanding of digital advertising. Strong communication skills are essential to clearly articulate troubleshooting steps and build trust with advertisers. The role involves deep diving into issues to ensure resolution, learning about ADSP ad products, and identifying operational gaps requiring escalation.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to support questions via live chat or email, troubleshooting campaign-related issues.
- Provide onboarding support, explain new features, and advise on industry best practices.
- Analyze data with advertisers to identify improvement areas and optimization opportunities.
- Assist with beta product questions, gather feedback, and collaborate on product improvements.
- Escalate technical issues to leadership when necessary.
- Update support documentation and escalate content gaps.
- Mentor new team members and develop expertise in ADSP troubleshooting.
A Day in the Life
The ADSP Support Specialist plays a vital role in resolving issues for Amazon advertisers via email and live channels, handling escalations, supporting audits, and participating in projects.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years in digital or programmatic advertising.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Effective and confident communicator with advertisers.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Experience in client services or external stakeholder collaboration.
- Ability to work in a diverse, inclusive environment.
- Availability for a 24/7 schedule including night shifts, with rotational days off.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in online advertising or e-commerce.
- 1+ years of ADSP experience.
- Basic understanding of programmatic ad technology.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Additional language skills (European languages, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
