The Programmatic Advertising Specialist will play an active role in ensuring the efficient delivery, tracking, and optimization of online advertisements across various programmatic platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk, & Stackadapt. The ideal candidate for this role exhibits a deep passion for media buying and has some hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google, Meta, Amazon, Stackadapt, or The Trade Desk.

Essential Functions, Duties, And Responsibilities
- Campaign Creation – Build programmatic advertising campaigns from scratch, including account setup, planning, organization, and creative trafficking. Use historical data, competitive analysis, and client input to make informed decisions on campaign types and structures to meet goals. Monitor campaign performance post-launch.
- Campaign Management & Optimization – Manage client advertising budgets, conduct performance analysis, and proactively adjust campaigns to meet or exceed client deliverables.
- Collaboration – Work closely with the Associate Director of Programmatic Media and leadership to develop and recommend new strategies and optimizations. Interface with internal teams such as BI, business development, PPC, SEO, and creative.
- Creative Ideation – Guide creative teams and test variations of assets to determine highest-performing creative and ad copy.
- Reporting & Analysis – Master performance analysis and client reporting using tools like DV360, The Trade Desk, Stackadapt, and Microsoft Power BI.
- Strategy – Collaborate with clients and the team to plan and allocate budgets across top channels. Identify opportunities to test new channels, ad types, and audiences.
- Innovation – Identify and test new programmatic opportunities, including inventory sources, channels, and audiences to improve performance and drive innovation.
Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Hands-on experience with campaign setup and optimization in platforms like DV360, Stackadapt, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads.
- Experience with other DSPs and Campaign Manager 360 is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills in programmatic platforms & analytical tools like Microsoft Power BI or Google Analytics.
- Experience with channels such as display, video, CTV, & DOOH is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, advertising, statistics, analytics, or related field is a plus.

Office Hours
This role is based in our Austin office. The team works on a hybrid basis, with three days/week in the office and two days remote. Hours are 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
