Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Healthcare Marketing Project Coordinator. In this role, the successful Marketing & Communications Program Support (Coordinator) will serve the Cardiology, Cardiothoracic Surgery, Orthopedic, Rehabilitation, and Rheumatology. Job Responsibilities: Deliver the day-to-day execution of 360-degree marketing and communications campaigns, as part of the community of practice model. Identify mechanisms to incorporate findings from key metrics provided by the Program Measurement team to enhance current campaigns and optimize outcomes as needed. Cultivate a deep understanding of the business goals and objectives of the clinical service areas of coverage; support the strategic planning process and critical department meetings as needed. Assistant in identification and assessment of new opportunities for C&M-enabled service line growth, bringing recommendations to the Relationship Lead for discussion. Support the CMGCA Senior Manager in their role as a key day-to-day partner to service line department heads, assisting in execution of marketing and communications strategies. Play a vital role in executing requests from department heads, partnering with teams in Brand, Experience, Creative, & Design COE, Media Relations COE, Strategy, Digital, and Program Measurement COE, Enterprise Communications COE, and Government and Community Affairs COE as needed. Facilitate feedback sessions with the internal team, Marketing & Communications Program Manager (Senior Manager) and Relationship Lead (Director) affiliated with these service lines, as well as with external stakeholders. Document and synthesize service line leader feedback for the internal team to incorporate into service line strategies and campaigns. Collaboration: Support collaboration across teams in Brand, Experience, Creative, & Design COE, Media Relations COE, Strategy, Digital, and Program Measurement COE, Enterprise Communications COE, and Government and Community Affairs COE to deliver successful campaigns aligned with strategic objectives. Support collaboration with physicians, researchers, and marketing experts to identify growth opportunities and position content effectively. Educate stakeholders about CMGCAs offerings and how they can support clinical leaders. Operational Excellence: Efficiently and effectively execute goals and priorities while adhering to organizational standards for delivering excellent work. Minimum Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in communications, marketing, project management. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, or related field Adept at building rapport and exhibiting strong interpersonal skills, with experience building and maintaining relationships. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to learn and apply data-driven insights. Proficiency in project management, communication tools, and data analysis. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented individual with the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Heart, Orthopedic, Rehabilitation and/or Rheumatology clinical services is a plus. Prior experience in healthcare or hospital operations. The salary range for the role is $58,500.00 - $72,080.00 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
