Hayden Power Group is looking for a sharp, strategic, and results-driven Project Manager to take the reins on high-impact commercial and industrial electrical projects . What You’ll Do • Lead and Inspire : Direct field crews, foremen, and subcontractors to deliver safe, high-quality work on time and within budget. • Own the Process: Manage project schedules, budgets, billings (AIA), and documentation from start to closeout using tools like Procore. • Be the Connector: Serve as the go-to liaison between clients, general contractors, subs, vendors, and internal teams. • Stay on the Ground: Conduct routine site visits to resolve issues, maintain safety standards, and support the team. • Drive Results: Review job costs, approve timecards, coordinate manpower, and ensure timely procurement and reporting. • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with Operations, Accounting, and Purchasing to ensure seamless project delivery. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or 5–10 years of hands-on electrical project management experience. • Strong working knowledge of NEC, NFPA70E , contracts, and technical drawings. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 , project software (Procore preferred), and estimating tools. • Leadership presence with a knack for problem-solving, team-building, and client communication. • Valid driver’s license and flexibility to travel as needed.
