Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Integrated Marketing Communications Manager to join our team at Pep Boys. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and maximize marketing effectiveness.
Responsibilities

Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with Pep Boys' overall business objectives and growth targets.Define clear and measurable marketing goals and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness.Lead campaign planning, from concept to execution through asset readiness by various channels (digital, social media, email, print, and in-store activations.)Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to develop compelling campaign assets and messaging.Monitor digital performance metrics to optimize future campaign plans based on insights and analytics.Develop and implement brand awareness strategies, ensuring brand integrity and consistency across all marketing communications and touchpoints.Implement customer-centric marketing programs to drive engagement and loyalty among Pep Boys' customer base.Utilize customer data and insights to develop personalized marketing messaging and plans.Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.Monitor expenses and campaign costs to achieve cost-efficiency and profitability.Track, analyze, and report on marketing communication performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership based on data-drive analysis.Qualifications
:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience (3-5+ years) in integrated marketing roles, preferably within the automotive industry or retail sector.Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a track record of developing successful integrated marketing campaigns.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional marketing results.Experience in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.Experience in managing external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
