Position Summary: MacKenzie-Childs is looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Marketing Program Manager to support the Director of Creative Marketing. This role will play a crucial role in optimizing the workflows, processes, and operations of the Creative Marketing team. This position will be responsible for streamlining end-to-end creative project workflows to drive efficiency, scalability, and high-quality execution across the organization. By partnering closely with cross-functional teams, it will ensure smooth project execution, improved speed-to-market, and alignment with seasonal campaigns and key initiatives. This role requires a strong blend of creativity, operational acumen, and project management expertise to ensure our teams are working cohesively and productively.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Additional duties may be assigned)
Creative & Marketing Workflow Development & Optimization
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize end-to-end workflow processes for the creative and marketing teams to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Lead the setup, automation, and management of the Monday.com project management tool, ensuring clear tracking, visibility, and accountability across all creative & high level marketing projects.
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to standardize and streamline processes for briefings, approvals, and asset delivery.
- Identify and address workflow bottlenecks and operational challenges to ensure smooth and efficient project execution while maintaining quality standards.
- Partner with Marketing, Retention, and Acquisition teams to align creative development with campaign and seasonal planning.
- Serve as main point of contact for ensuring cross-functional teams stay on track with project timelines and deliverables, improving speed-to-market for key initiatives.
- Establish and enforce standardized briefing processes to improve alignment and execution.
- Implement new processes and workflows to support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption across teams.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and resources to onboard teams to new tools, workflows, and process improvements.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between Creative, Operations, and Post-Production teams.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and proactively implement solutions that drive efficiency and productivity.
- Proactively manage and support workflows that span multiple functions and channels, ensuring timely execution, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues or delays that may arise.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand their processes and identify areas of overlap, ensuring smooth handoffs, minimizing bottlenecks, and driving efficiencies.
- Provide essential administrative support including scheduling, meeting coordination, and maintaining accurate records for all project-related documentation.
- Support budget tracking, expense reporting, team member onboarding, and external vendor setup.
This position has no direct reports.
Education And Experience
- 3-6+ years experience in creative operations, project management, or marketing workflow management
- Proven track record in implementing project management tools (Monday.com preferred) to enhance team efficiency
- In-depth understanding of creative processes, digital marketing workflows, and cross-functional project execution
- Ability to translate strategic goals into effective, actionable workflows and operational improvements
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and drive adoption of new processes
- Experience in change management and operational strategy within a high-growth, creative marketing environment is a plus
- Occasional overtime work as required to meet business needs. Travel to headquarters for key events and meetings will also be required.
Salary: 75,000-85,000 annually
Physical And Mental Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, reach, push, pull, crouch, kneel, bend, climb, use fingers to grasp, handle, feel, and perform repetitive motions of hands or wrists.
- Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to move objects.
- Light mental and visual attention required for performing work where there is some variety, but actions taken, and decisions made are limited to few possibilities. Work requires some coordination with others.
