We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Promotions Manager to join AGS’ Marketing team. This role will be pivotal in driving promotional strategies and executing events for our casino products, including slots, tables, and interactive divisions. This role is crucial in fostering and maintaining strong relationships with casino operator partners. The Promotions Manager will serve as the primary liaison between AGS and casino marketing teams, ensuring top billing for AGS on advertising and promotional campaigns. This position requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the gaming industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional promotional experiences.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and nurture relationships with casino operator partners to enhance AGS' visibility within the casinos.Act as the main point of contact for casino marketing teams, understanding their needs and aligning AGS’ promotional strategies to meet those needs.Collaborate with internal AGS teams (sales, marketing, product development) to create compelling promotional campaigns that resonate with casino operators and their players.Develop and implement promotional strategies for casino products, focusing on slots, tables, and interactive divisions.Plan and execute campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience.Coordinate promotional events, trade shows, customer events and product launches to maximize AGS’ exposure and impact within the industry.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future promotional efforts and maximize ROI.Collaborate closely with the marketing creative team to develop compelling promotional materials and assets.Act as a liaison between AGS and casino operator partners, maintaining strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.Coordinate logistics and operations for promotional events, including budget management, vendor coordination, and on-site event management.Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.Source and manage third-party vendors such as social media influencers and agencies, execute on booking accommodations, contract management and overseeing execution of campaign as agreed upon.Prepare regular reports and presentations on promotional activities, campaign performance, and partnership success metrics.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all promotional activities.Skills/RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience in promotional event management within the gaming or entertainment industry, preferably within a casino environment.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to develop innovative promotional campaigns that resonate with target audiences.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools/software.Willingness to travel as needed for events and client meetings.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with gaming or casino products, understanding of casino operations and customer preferences.Previous experience managing a marketing creative team or working in a leadership role.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and analytics tools.Knowledgeable of Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Premier) and other design applications (Canva).Note: All offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.*Posted positions are not open to third party recruiters and unsolicited resume submissions will be considered free referrals.AGS is an equal opportunity employer.Job Snapshot
