So, if you are looking to expand your resume, advance your career, and make your dreams a reality we are the company for you!Promotions & Marketing Representative Responsibilities:Resolve customer questions and concerns by providing accurate and reliable information using given tools and trainingBuild brand recognition through local events and experiential marketingFollow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies in order to design and maintain a favorable public image for clientsAssist in the daily growth and development of assigned campaign strategiesReport directly to the Account Management and sales team with feedback and results to drive revenue and salesAid efforts of customer acquisition, retention, and increased sales margins by cultivating an exemplary consumer experienceDevelop comprehensive knowledge of all our client’s products, services, and any deals or sales promotionsPromotions & Marketing Representative Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related fieldExperience as a brand marketing representative, sales associate, or client consultant preferredMust be able to work full-time hours and occasional weekendsAdapt well to change, both in sales mentality and work hoursSelf-starter with the ability to shine in unsupervised individual tasks as well as team projectsA friendly, outgoing, professional, and confident demeanorSales machine with a basic understanding of the sales process and finalizing deals
