Job Description
The Publicis Media Business Platforms Team is constantly developing and expanding on solutions to support business needs. We are looking for UX Product Designer to join our dynamic team at Publicis Media. This Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our internal tools and platforms. This work directly impacts how agency teams and clients interact with and leverage critical data-driven tools.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Role Objectives:
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Develop fresh, innovative designs that can be scalable throughout different products and industries
Ensure that your ideas and artifacts fuel user stories and specifications through the engineering process to retain design integrity of the product through each release
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs
Implement user-centered research tactics throughout the design and development cycle using the best research methods based on goals, timeline, and resources
Be a strong and vocal user advocate by evangelizing User Experience best practices, strategies, techniques, and methodologies throughout the organization
Stay up to date with industry trends, UX best practices, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
1+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Experience Design / Interaction Design, or equivalent work experience
Proven experience as a UX Product Designer or similar role,
Fluency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Suite
Ability to understand and to tell stories with data – verbally and visually
Understanding of front-end development technologies
Preferences
Experience in Data Visualization, and UX Research
Experience with data visualization and understanding of how to design for complex data sets
Experience with complex data driven user interactions (advertising technology, finance, etc.)
Some knowledge of the advertising industry’s complexities and challenges

Compensation Range: $51,000 - $73,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
