Maintain Verbal Communications
calling out orders to chefs, checks on the status of dishes, and calls for waitstaff when food order is ready to serve.

Keep Staff Well Informed alert when the kitchen is out of a specific ingredient and relay special food requests from the waitstaff to the kitchen.
3.
Monitor Portion Control
responsible for the food portions of finished dishes, ensuring they adhere to restaurant standards.

Meet
Presentation Standards
inspect every plate to make sure the proper garnishes have been applied and that dishes are free of smudges and spills before being delivered to the customer.
5.
Cleanliness
keeping their work areas clean, presentable and well stocked.
6.
Address Customer Complaints serve as a face for the kitchen staff, addressing customer complaints and finding solutions that will satisfy customers.
7.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned.
