Overview
We are seeking an Account Manager who will be responsible for learning all aspects of client management and internal team functions. The Account Manager will receive internal and external training to become an indispensable team member. The Account Manager’s primary responsibility will be to ensure that the agency output meets agency and client objectives, deadlines, and achieves exceptional quality. This position is permanent full-time remote position reporting to our Vice President of Client Partnerships.
ResponsibilitiesThe Account Manager will be a trusted cross-functional client advocate supporting the Account Team in day-to-day operations. General responsibilities include:Supports Account Team in managing daily deliverables, budgets, and deadlines for campaigns and ad hoc client projects.Coordinate and participate in any phase of the project cycle, including strategy, planning, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.Facilitates administrative duties that include updating weekly status reports, running client meetings, results reporting, coordination with project management, approving client invoicing, quality assurance / proofing, internal job management.Be the link of communication between client and internal functional teams.Acquire a thorough understanding of agency services, strategic best practices, client needs and requirements.With support of Account Team, expand relationships with existing clients and internal team by continuously proposing solutions that meet their ever-changing objectives.Assist in the development of client presentations, budgets, and present materials as needed.Update client results workbooks on a monthly basis, providing client and internal team members with overview.Maintain professional development levels by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests while exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Some travel to key client presentations is required (5%-10%).

Experience with digital marketing a mustExcellent organizational skills and detail orientedStrong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels2-5 years of agency experienceEstablishing partnerships/alliances, prospecting skills, meeting sales goals, fostering teamwork, planning, building relationships, people skills, initiative, customer focus, emphasizing excellenceExperience in problem-solving and negotiationBS/BA in business administration, marketing or relevant fieldExcellent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Office)Salary is based on experience: mid $50,000 range.Sponsorships
