Overview
Ensuring timely, budget-aligned, and goal-oriented delivery of creative projects and productions.Acting as a liaison between the in-house creative team and cross-functional partners, managing all operational touchpoints, and advocating for the creative team.Prioritizing projects with creative and marketing leadership, and establishing project timelines and cadences which support those priorities.Provide status reporting to management and keep relevant stakeholders well informed on a regular cadence to identify potential risks in order to make project planning and schedule management plan adjustments.Collaborating with cross-functional marketing partners on quarterly project planning and initiating the planning of incoming projects, ensuring technical feasibility and resourcing availability.Continuously optimizing creative operations, from resourcing to scoping to timelines.Developing rigorous reporting using their project management tool, monitoring resourced hours and project scope, and sharing with cross-functional partners to aid transparency.Managing production and team budgets, as well as organizing and overseeing social content productions.Implement standardized project management practices, such as SLAs, universal creative briefs, and project SOWs.Act as system administrator and program designer for our project management software.Managing resourcing for a team of designers, copywriters, and web developers.Skills Required
Proficient in nuances of creative projects: scoping, planning, resource management, timeline creation, and risk management.In-house experience a plus: fluid, fast-paced environment, with ability to multitask within a day and switch contexts: interacting with producers vs stakeholder leaders.Ability to interact with and represent the team to a range of people, from entry-level to upper management and leadership, including clients.Digital marketing background a plus (e.g. performance metrics, digital platforms).Experience working with Intake process (Creative Briefs, Marketing Objectives).Experience measuring results and then aligning them to Marketing KPIs.Familiar with latest standards, tools, and trends to creative efficiencies (e.g. agile vs waterfall process, review tools, DAM tools, MarTech stack).Easy and positive collaborator across departments, contractors, and agencies.Flexible but pragmatic, detail-oriented when necessary.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Extremely high standards for work and behavior; accountable, reliable, and dependable. Acute attention to detail and accuracy.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to break down complex information.Qualifications
5+ years experience with creative project management in an in-house corporate context.2+ years of experience managing sprints or agile processes.Proven track record of meeting deadlines and implementing systems for efficiencies and enhanced collaboration.Proficiency in project management of various creative marketing materials, with an understanding of the creative effort needed for different projects, and the different lead times for different deliverables or levels of ambiguity.Clear communication skills, with the ability to articulate project processes and creative needs consistently.Strong computer skills and proficient with relevant software (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Asana, AirTable, Miro, etc).Shift: Standard, Full-time regular
